From this position the mountain of San Juan appears as a long, insurmountable, vertical wall. If you know where to find the path it is possible to walk up that cliff-face & it is well worth the climb. There’s only one man I know who still knows the route. Sadly this view has been spoilt by the construction of a large holding shed for sheep with a tall feed silo beside it.
